HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee received in Al Wadi Palace Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, President of the Board of Trustees of Bahrain Polytechnic and members of the High Organising Committee of Khalid bin Hamad Artificial Intelligence Award.
At the beginning of the meeting, HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa welcomed the President and the members, hailing the efforts of the High Organising Committee in making the Award a huge success. “We are keen to organise this Award year-in, year-out in a bid to contribute towards boosting the educational outputs in implementation of the directives of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to launch initiatives and programmes purposely to support education in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa lauded the second edition of the Award’s success and the huge turnout of students from both genders, representing a huge number of public, private schools as well universities, who presented innovative projects that reflected the unique capabilities of the Bahraini youth.
From his side, Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulaziz expressed his gratitude and appreciation to HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa for sponsoring the Award and for his support to the High Organising Committee.
