HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Commander of the Royal Guard, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, spoke virtually with members of the Royal Guard participating in the expedition to Mount Everest summit at the Base Camp on the Khumbu Icefall.
HH Shaikh Nasser was reassured about all matters related to them and lauded their efforts to make a new achievement for Bahrain by climbing Mount Everest.
HH Shaikh Nasser shared his keenness on supporting the team in achieving their mission.
“We are fully confident in your high capabilities and your eagerness to exert stronger efforts. There are challenges ahead, but you are well capable of surmounting them, God willing,” HH Shaikh Nasser said.
“A mission awaits you and you are up to it. You have reached halfway and you will be moving to the second half where challenges will be more formidable. However, I am confident that you will do your best in this new stage and that you will double your efforts as required. I wish you the best of luck and success.”
The Royal Guard members expressed their thanks and appreciation to His HH Shaikh Nasser for his continuous follow-up that gives them a great incentive to double efforts and reach their objective.
They stressed that HH Shaikh Nasser’s support is a great motivation to climb Mount Everest.
