Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), Shaikh Salman bin Isa Al Khalifa, has congratulated Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa bin Mohammed Al Khalifa as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Motor Federation (BMF) until 2024.
First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, appointed the chairman and members of the BMF for a four-year term ending in 2024.
“On behalf of the BIC community, I congratulate Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa bin Mohammed Al Khalifa on his appointment as BMF’s Board of Directors Chairman during the 2020-2024 period, as well as the appointed members,” BIC CEO said, noting that Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa has contributed to promoting the motor sport over the past years, which is an evidence of his dedication and distinguished efforts.
“We are looking forward to working with Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa, BMF and all our partners in the coming period to contribute to ensuring the continuous progress of motor sport in Bahrain,” he added.
Chaired by Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa, the new BMF’s Board of Directors consists of Shaikh Salman bin Isa bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Nawaf Al-Hamar, Rashid Abdullatif Al-Zayani, Abdulrahman Ghuloom, Elie Samaan, and representatives of the Motorsport Marshals Club (MMC), Bahrain Motorcycle Club, Bahrain Circuit Racing Club (BCRC), Bahrain Drag Racing Club and Bahrain Karting Club.
